Hi Guys.In my previous post i tell you DDOS Attack.Now today i tell you how to install back track 5.First i tell you what is Back track 5.Back Track is a distribution based on the Debian GNU/Linux distribution aimed at digital forensics and penetration testing use. It was named after backtracking, a search algorithm. In March 2013, the Offensive Security team created a fork of Back Track named Kali Linux.BackTrack is relatively simple to install. We will run Back Track by booting it as a Live DVD and then install it on the hard drive. Now Lets Start :
Back Track Tools
BackTrack provides users with easy access to a comprehensive and large collection of security-related tools ranging from port scanners to Security Audit. Support for Live CD and Live USB functionality allows users to boot BackTrack directly from portable media without requiring installation, though permanent installation to hard disk and network is also an option.BackTrack includes many well known security tools including:- Metasploit for integration
- Wi-Fi drivers supporting monitor mode (rfmon mode) and packet injection
- Aircrack-ng
- Gerix Wifi Cracker
- Kismet
- Nmap
- Ophcrack
- Ettercap
- Wireshark (formerly known as Ethereal)
- BeEF (Browser Exploitation Framework)
- Hydra
- OWASP Mantra Security Framework, a collection of hacking tools, add-ons and scripts based on Firefox
- Cisco OCS Mass Scanner, a very reliable and fast scanner for Cisco routers with telnet and enabling of a default password.
- A large collection of exploits as well as more commonplace software such as browsers.
Install Backtrack 5
2. Burn the Back Track ISO (we are using the Back Track 5 R3 32-Bit edition) that you
have downloaded into a bootable DVD
3. Boot the laptop/Pc with this DVD and select the option Back Track Text – Default Boot
Text Mode from the boot menu:
4. If booting was successful then you should see the Familiar Back Track screen:
5. You can boot into the graphical mode by entering startx on the command prompt.
Enjoy the boot music! Once you are in the GUI, your screen should resemble
the following:Now click on the Install Back Track icon to the top-left of the desktop. This will launch the Back Track installer as shown Below 6. Now It will launch the Back Track installer as shownBelow 7. This installer is similar to the GUI-based installers of most Linux systems and should
be simple to follow. Select the appropriate options in each screen and start the
installation process. Once the installation is done, restart the machine as prompted,
and remove the DVD.8. Once the machine restarts, it will present you with a login screen. Type in the login
as "root" and password as "toor". You should now be logged into your installed
version of BackTrack5. Congratulations!

We can also install Back Track within virtualization software such as Virtual Box. For readers
who might not want to dedicate a full laptop to Back Track, this is the best option. The
installation process of Back Track in Virtual Box is exactly the same. The only difference is the
pre-setup, which you will have to create in Virtual Box. Have a go at it! You can download

One of the other ways we can install and use Back Track is via USB drives. This is particularly
useful if you do not want to install on the hard drive but still want to store persistent data on
your Back Track instance, such as scripts and new tools. We would encourage you to try this
